A planned tow is for a car that isn't going anywhere under its own power but doesn't need moving this minute: taking a non-runner to a garage, collecting a car from an auction or a private sale, or moving a project car. Tell us the dates and addresses and we'll book it in. For longer distances, our vehicle transport service covers the UK.

Tell us the job
Where the car is, where it's going, and whether it starts, rolls and steers. Photos on WhatsApp help, especially for tight driveways or underground car parks.

Agree a time
For emergencies we give you an arrival estimate; for planned tows we agree a collection time that suits you.

Collected and delivered
The car is loaded, secured and delivered to the agreed address. If you won't be there at the delivery end, tell us who'll meet it.

Yes. A car with no MOT or tax can't be driven on the road, but it can be carried on a recovery truck to a garage, a test centre or your home.
Do you tow automatics?
Yes. Tell us it's an automatic when you call, and whether it will go into neutral, so the tow is planned to avoid damaging the gearbox.
Can you collect a car I've bought at auction?
Yes. Send us the auction site, the lot details and where it's going, and we'll arrange collection and delivery.
Can you tow a car out of an underground or multi-storey car park?
Often, but height limits decide which vehicle can get in. Tell us the car park, the level and any height restriction when you call.
