Birmingham City Centre Recovery Without the Call Centre
Recovering a vehicle from the middle of Birmingham is different from picking one up on a quiet residential road.
One-way systems, bus gates, restricted streets, underground sections of the A38 and busy pedestrian areas can all affect how we reach you.
When you call us, you're speaking directly to the recovery service rather than being passed through a national dispatch centre. Tell us exactly where you are and what has happened, and we can work out the most practical way to reach and recover your vehicle.
We cover the city centre as well as the A38, A4540 Middleway and routes leading into central Birmingham.
The city centre is inside our core area, where the average response is 30–45 minutes. Late nights around Broad Street, event days and roadworks can change that, and we'll tell you on the phone when they do.
Recovery Services in Birmingham City Centre
Engine problems, warning lights, overheating, gearbox faults or a vehicle that simply refuses to start. We can recover it to your home or a garage of your choice.
If your vehicle is damaged and cannot safely be driven, we can collect it and move it to a secure location, repair centre or your chosen destination.
A flat battery does not always mean you need a tow. Where appropriate, we can attempt a jump start first.
If the tyre cannot be dealt with safely at the roadside, we can recover the vehicle instead.
